There's something about the man's personality that makes me really like him as a person. He has a certain boyish charm. And he's quietly been pretty decent on foreign policy over the last year, negotiating with Iran and North Korea, working on the Iraqi security pack, ect. But all that said, the man has to be in the top 5 worst presidents ever. Don't know if I can put him over Buchanan or Nixon, but he's surely top 5. The man does have one shinning legacy though, and that's his PEPFAR program on AIDS relief in Africa.
