That looks amazing. First off, if the record is that Daft Punk's Homework soundingish stuff in the trailer then I think it'll be pretty cool. But the way he sashays to the microphone at the end it makes me think he's going to do a bit of crooning....I'm excited.
Well, I wish it was a stripped down crooning record, but unfortunately, I get the feeling it will be more a pop, synth, modern indie rockish type of thing.
Cool video though. When I think, "Ok, who are the American rock n rollers right now..."
The video was amazing. Loved the visuals, the cars turning into lava.
Musically my first question was, "where are the guitars?" Secondly I thought, "This kinda sounds like the soundtrack to MegaMan." Thirdly I thought, "this sounds Strokesesque, almost operatic."
