i was going to suggest replacing "is" with "was," but then i said to myself, "you know what? fuck that. i congratulate rod(ical) for respecting the fact that rocknroll is a young man's game. i'd assume the declaration of youth, might, and legitimacy is more than half the battle."

I had the pleasure of seeing Rod in concert about a year ago and must say that Rod was quite impressive. He's assembled a pretty good lil band behind him. And when he covered "A Change is Gonna Come" I was blown away.
Rod's gone from being "the bod" to now being a hellavua crooner.

My Dad listens to Rod's latest crooner albums. Rod is now in the same company as Bonnie Rait, Yonni (sp?), and Celine Dion.
